Terms and Conditions It is the responsibility of the customer to read, understand and agree to the terms set forth herein. We are not responsible for typos or errors in product descriptions, compatibility, system requirements, prices, etc. Product descriptions have been taken from the manufacturer's literature and are believed to be 100% accurate. Products listed with academic / educational pricing are intended for students and teachers affiliated with educational / theological organizations. Educational customers must be able to furnish the proper credentials to be eligible for academic discounts. All items are normally in stock, but on occasion, may be backordered and subject to shipping delays. In the event that an item becomes backordered, the buyer will be notified and the item will ship immediately upon availability or a full refund will be offered. Some items may be drop-shipped to the customer. All products are new unless otherwise specified. No returns or refunds will be accepted. All warranty claims shall be handled directly by the manufacturer. Lowest Prices / Price Matching Our prices are in accordance with the manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. These prices are determined by the manufacturer to ensure that their products aren’t devalued by non-authorized merchants. If you find a better advertised price than ours, we'll gladly BEAT IT! Just send us an email with proof that an authorized dealer is advertising a comparable in-stock item for less and we'll do our best to offer you unbeatable prices with complete peace of mind. It couldn't be easier! Payment Methods We accept credit/debit cards via Paypal. In accordance with Paypal's Buyer/Seller Protection Policy, ALL PAYPAL PAYMENTS MUST USE A "CONFIRMED" US SHIPPING ADDRESS ONLY. This is to protect buyers and sellers against credit card fraud. If you're unsure what a "confirmed" shipping address is, this means that your shipping address MUST match the billing address set up in your Paypal account preferences - sorry, NO exceptions. We also accept payment via USPS / Western Union money order or bank wire transfer - no C.O.D.’s will be accepted. To pay with a money order, please make it payable to "Westex Media" and mail it to: Westex Media Please be sure to include your name, shipping address, phone number, detailed item descriptions, quantities and any special instructions with your payment. *Note: bank wire transfers require an additional $15 service charge added to the total (to cover bank fees). If you wish to pay with a wire transfer, please contact us for additional instructions. International Orders International customers must pay via Western Union money order or bank wire transfer only - sorry, NO Paypal or international credit cards accepted. Payments must be made in US dollars. International customers are responsible for all duties & taxes. Each country has their own charges, so check them before purchasing.
