Shipping Info
Shipping fees are automatically calculated by the shopping cart at the time of checkout. Products are usually shipped via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground. Tracking numbers will be sent to the customer when available. Items that are drop-shipped will not receive tracking info. If you don't receive a tracking email, please allow at least 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive before requesting tracking info. We are not responsible for stollen, damaged or mis-delivered packages - the shipping company and/or law enforcement agencies investigate and settle these matters.
US Customers
Shipping charges are based on delivery within the continental 48 United States. Hawaii and Alaska residents must contact us with their zip code for a shipping quote prior to purchasing. Orders shipped to a PO Box may require additional postage and be subject to delayed delivery times.
International Customers
International orders are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail Insured. Please contact us with your country and postal code for a shipping quote before purchasing. The USPS lists 3 to 5 business days for delivery, but occasionally there are delays due to clearing customs. We are not responsible for the USPS and customs delays. International customers are responsible for all duties & taxes. Each country has their own charges, so check them in advance.
